Interesting answers, but I can't choose one as being more 'correct' than the others, so I'll put it to the vote.

I don't get the Dogma call. The angels found a loophole to get back into heaven but it didn't disprove the scripture. Other than the word of god being inflallable, but I don't feel that was Smith's message, him being catholic. That being said, I can't really think of a true atheistic moment.

Here's a quote from a review about Planet of the Apes that I found that I thought was awesome-

"Heavy-handed object lessons abound--the ubiquity of generational warfare, the inflexibility of dogma, the cruelty of prejudice--and the didactic fingerprints of Rod Serling are very much in evidence here. But director Franklin Schaffner has a dark, pop-apocalyptic sci-fi vision all his own, and time has not dulled the monumental emotional impact of the film's climactic payoff shot."

Can't say I know a christian movie that I have seen other than left behind...
Does star wars count as atheist? I love the part of ROTS (SW ep 3) where Grevous and obi wan battle.

If that's doesn't count... Do online movies count? Red vs Blue seems pretty atheist. I like it when Caboose kills Church with a tank. It should count, you can buy the DVDs in stores.

I love Dogma too, but it really isn't atheist... doesn't God do a handstand next to a tree in a poufy skirt at one point? It's antireligious, maybe...
Can't think of one off hand.

Dogma is an atheist movie? I guess you people didn't understand who Alanis Morissette was playing. She was God.
