Well let's see.....I teach yoga and I'm 5'3" and I was this height when I started teaching soooooo lol No it won't make you taller, but it will help you to stand up straighter!
Muscular? It will tone some, the more you do it, the stronger you'll get, but I would recommend weight training for real strong muscles, they need alot of resistance.
Stronger? Yes it will definitely make you stronger, the more you do it, the stronger you'll get, and you will also get more flexible.
In teaching yoga, I've discovered that: It is good for you physicallly, as the poses, the stretching, the bending and holding, is fantastic feeling. It's almost like a stretch class.
Emotionally I really like it because it relieves stress, because of your focus. You will focus on what you're doing, your breathing, your movements, and so you forget about evrything else. I also teach other kinds of classes, step, bosu, toning, but yoga is one of my favorites. Hope some of this helps you.....

It depends how your body is right now. If you've got the humpback thing going, yoga will straighten you out and yes, that'll result in your growing taller.
I've been teaching yoga for sometime now and I actually grew 1/2 an inch. Just goes to show how much of a hump I had going for me.
As for your musclature - yes, it'll get better. I've lost my rolls of fat around my belly and about 15% of my body fat within 3 months. But just practising yoga just to practise isn't going to cut it. You have to have proper alignment. When you're in class, make sure that at no time, you find yourself resting in a pose. When you're resting in a pose (aside from child's pose and corpse pose), then your alignment is off. Make sure you inform your instructor - he/she will adjust you appropriately.

It will make you stronger cause it is strength training so you build muscle when holding the poses against your body weight. You may not get taller, but you will look taller, longer, leaner....

More limber, perhaps... but I doubt it makes any significant difference in the others.
