Read. Take up a hobby, learn to sew or oil paint, or get a part time job. Join a club and make new friends, there are a lot of churches out there that have wonderful women's groups. Join a fitness center and get in shape. Take a class at your local college, something that really interests you. Maybe its cooking, maybe it accounting, doesn't matter as long as your happy.

Why not volunteer --- hospitals, retirement homes. Do you have a well behaved pet? Many retirement / nursing facilities allow individuals to bring their pets in for the patients to have contact with. Nothing heals better than the love of a pet.

Start up a home-based business. Do you have artsy talents you could draw on?

I am a stay at home myself... when my son goes to school my plan is to attend a few classes.... mostly they will be practical classes, to learn how to do do it yourself projects with my home. But there are many options... cooking, arts and crafts, and if your really brave perhaps look into earning a degree. There is often financial aid available if cost is a problem. Whatever you decide, enjoy it !!!

I was going to say mastubate but then again that would be very ignorant of me wouldn't you think. But I think you should call up an old friend and go out to lunch and just hang out.Or you can just go shopping by yourself or hang out at the mall. When my son's in daycare and I get off early sometimes I just sit back and relax my feet.

the best is to pick up a skill or brushing up on a skill...could be anything from perfecting your husband's favourite dish, learn sign language or any other languages for that matter, the most important thing is...do anything that would give you some kind of reward for the time you have spent. other than shagging the postman hehehe..joking
