I believe the best way to ask a gurl out is being urself a lil romantic, and IN PERSON. no notes, not over the phone, that's so not kool.

befriend her first, and then ask her out to eat and a movie...but, if it's the first time that you're going to ask her out here are some basic rules
1. do not ask her out in the evening: evenings are reserved for more advanced dates
2. do not ask her out on a weekend. weekends are reserved for more advanced dates as well
3. do not combine the two just yet, meaning, don't invite her out saturday or friday night!!! too soon for something heavy like that
keep it during the day time and keep it light. say a twesday or wednesday or thursdays. those are great days for first time daters.
say "you wanna grab a bite to eat thursday at noon"? that way she'll feel no pressure and she can still back out if she wants to.
or ask her if she wants to go for some icecream. it's fun and flirty.
keep the heavy dates like friday nights or saturday nights for when u 2 know each other better ok?

Relax and tell her how you feel about her! Don't stress if she doesn't care, that means she's not for you. Don't get to big on asking. Just be yourself. Thats the most honest and romatic thing to do. But, if she says yes then pick something romantic or ask her what she'd like.

Just start a friendly conversation with her, find out whats shes doing on the weekend, if shes free ask her if shed like to go out with you this weekend, if shes busy say would you like to go out some time?

grow a pair and do it so you don't spend the rest of your life thinking about how to do it you can't ask how to ask someone out because all people are different the way i would like to be asked may be a complete turn off to her i say this because i hate all that mushy crap

if you know her . . .just ask her to something simple.
i'm not sure how old you are . . .
but if you're young; ask her to dave and busters or chilli's.
if you're older; take her somewhere like a mini day excursion. like if you live here in southern california; drive up the coast and stop at random spots.
if you dont know her . .focus on getting her number. and getting to know her, then procede to above.
