How to fake diarrhea?

You can go to the restroom a lot when no one is nearby, that way they'll think you have diarrhea. And when not in the restroom, you can act as though your stomach hurts really, really bad. Just imagine that someone has cloned your entire YA identity to post the most embarrassing questions imaginable -- they created a Yahoo ID, made an Avatar just like yours, named it your screen name, pasted your bio information, & then posted horrible questions & answers. Then, your stomach should hurt so bad you don't have to fake it at all.

Eat a handful of laxitive. You'll have diarrhea, and be able to get out of going to school. Consider the stomach cramps the price you pay for not wanting to get smarter.

If you are going to use this as your excuse for not attending school, go ahead and do it but don't make this a regular practise.
I have used this excuse. No one can proove anything different.
Just hope that you don't get the shits after being absent that day.

Honestly, there is no way to really fake it without laxitives, but you can always just claim to have diarrhea. No one really wants to go look in the toilet and check on you do they? Except maybe that Cyrus guy, he's a freak.
