Could be a form of early arthritis or even Juvenile Rhuematoid Arthritis. If it continues see a Pediatrician. Also, you probably haven't stopped growing yet and it could just be what doc's call growing pains. Children and adolescents have growth plates that have to complete growing...and maybe your GP are still expanding. Ibuprofin might help you. But if it goes longer and still hurts see your Pediatrician.

until i saw your age i would have told you you have arthritis but ive seen young ppl with it usually your joints ache all over for long periods of times if it was due to exercise or warm ups it would affect the muscles not the bones

I doubt it's your bones, it's more likely your muscles. You could be getting the flu. If it last more than a week, go see your doctor.

Well, it could be many reasons. if u do a sport, don't excersize, or you might have a bone problem. Talk to your local doc about it. he might be able to help.
