I don't think so because they type differently. At least in the few samples I've really paid close attention to. They spell differently, capitalize differently, punctuate differently. It's hard for a person to disguise things like that. Now ....they may be friends lol.

Honestly, I don't pay that much attention.
If someone's answer captures my attention, I might look at their profile, but I usually don't give it much thought after that.
