I considered mydself a pretty picky eater, treid new things cooking for others I just added Cheese! Grew to like things, whe I disguised them. This has nothing to disguise though:
Easy and Hot(not taste But touch)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 bag egg noodles
1 (32 oz.) jar thick-zesty Ragu sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef. Mix sauce, garlic salt, oregano and Parmesan cheese together in the casserole pan. Add browned beef and cooked noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake another 15 minutes.

I use this one too, try adding left over chicken or cut up a chicken breast and quik cook it.For tomato soup try cheese soup or any crm one thta the picky eaters wont have fit about, brocolli is ggod, aspargus got awy oncelol, mushroom is an usual pick.
EASY BAKE DISH
1 1/2 lb. raw sliced potatoes
1/2 c. raw sliced carrots
1/2 lb. fried hamburger
1/2 c. sliced onion
Salt and pepper
Tomato soup
In a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole put potatoes, carrots, hamburger and onion. Repeat the order of ingredients over ending with onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1/2 cup water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 or 2 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.

Chicken Ritz Casserole
Ingredients:
5-6 chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar broccoli soup
about 1/4 soup can of milk
1-1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked minute rice (1 c. prior to cooking)
dash salt and pepper
30 to 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Butter
Cooking Instructions:
Cook chicken and remove chicken from bone and cut up. Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour mixed ingredients over chicken. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 350F. for 45 mins.

Pork Chops braised in Apple Juice (in honor of the autumn season!)
4 one inch thick chops
salt and pepper
3/4 cup apple juice
Dash worcestershire sauce.
Brown the chops in trimmed off fat. Season. Add juice and worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Good with lemon slices on top.
