hey my best friend's brother is also my best friend and we've grown pretty close over the 2 years we've known eachother. he and i were friends before my best friend and i were friends and my best friend knows i like him and shes ok with it. but she thinks he is too young to be with me (i'm 14 and he's 10) but he's really mature. (and almost my height lol.) anyway what r signs that he likes me more than a friend?

well we can talk about anything and hes really mature for a 10 year old trust me...and i agree with the 20 and 24 year old thing. we have this handshake thing and today he suggested changing it to somthing else which contained grabbing eachother's hands and then sort of hugging, like guys usually do. also we hang out a lot and when my other best friend (his sister who is my age) and i don't hang out i hang out a lot with him and we talk a lot while playing ping pong and stuff. we used to fight (verbally) a lot but we both agreed it was fun lol. also we agree on a lot of stuff and sometimes one of us says something that the other person is about to sa.

i dont want to have sex with him i just want to go out with him.
he never really compliments me but he doesn't say i'm ugly or anything like that. anyway once i told him i liked him and i asked him if he liked me and he said maybe (it was all on a piece of paper so it was easier) and then i said maybe yes or maybe no and he said maybe yes and this guy in school (another friend) who is like the master on girlfriends and stuff like that saw the paper so hes like oooooooooo and we're like shut up (in a fun way) and then later he asked me if i wanted him to set me up with the guy i like and then i said yes and the girlfriend guy said that the guy who liked me said he would ask me out, and in the next few days we were close but he didn't ask me out. i want to be in late teens when i go out with him like 18 and 14 or something

If he's really mature he will probably compliment you and try and spend time with you., special looks, physical closeness. My guess is he doesn't even thinks he has a shot at you b/c he's 10. Just be ready for the fact that he probably isn't physically ready to have sex and you probably are. It will probably be 2-4 years for him. A mature 10 year old still isn't usually as mature as a teenager, even if he is very mature. What I mean is he may be very intelectually developed, but that doesn't mean he knows how to control emotions, especially since if you (at 10 your a godess to him) are playing with his heart. His parents won't like it, and you'll be out of college by the time he's out of high school. If you want to try it just prepare yourself for a hard rode and either a small thang or no sex at all. By the time your 18 and he's really ready, your gonna want it real bad. I'm 16 and it feels like i've been waiting forever. I think it would be bad to try it now. Wait until he's 13 or so if you really like him. He will be ready then. Until then, keep your options open. A good relationship at 13 is better than ruinning it now.
