Yes, they ARE criminals!!!! That is the reason they are called ILLEGALS!!!! The minute they sneak across the border,they have committed a CRIME!!!!!!

If they are breaking our laws, then yes - they are a criminal. One can not make differential between illegal immigrants and thieves. Both are breaking the laws (in general) because they are poor. Allowing the illegal immigrants off the hook because of their "plight" would mean re-examining our entire criminal justice system, allowing those that break our laws due to economic restrictions special treatment. That can not happen. You can not allow one person to break the law, and not another. It must be all or nothing. Either you prosecute all criminals and punish them, or you have to allow all criminals that are poor a "free pass". I take prosecuting all criminals.

Illegal Aliens are Criminally Trespassing....last time that I looked that was still considered a crime. Whether some of these people on here like it or not.
