For 5'4", you should weigh *at least* 112-125lbs (and many/most people need to weigh more at that height due to bone structure and muscle mass). Under 108lbs is underweight, and 102lbs or under (85% ideal body weight) at 5'4" falls into an anorectic weight range.

The full criteria for a diagnosis of anorexia is as follows:
1. Refusal to maintain body weight at or above a minimally normal weight for age and height (e.g., weight loss leading to maintenance of body weight less than 85% of that expected; or failure to make expected weight gain during period of growth, leading to body weight less than 85% of that expected).
2. Intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat, even though underweight.
3. Disturbance in the way in which one's body weight or shape is experienced, undue influence of body weight or shape on self-evaluation, or denial of the seriousness of the current low body weight.
4. In postmenarcheal females (the absence of at least three consecutive menstrual cycles.

I'm 5'4 and I weigh around 125 but can flex up to 130 on a bad day. Anorexic would be like 100 and below. But you have to remember everyone carries there weight differently. And muscle weighs more then fat. I am really muscular, so I always feel heavier, but I look alright, healthy.

According to http://nhlbisupport.com, 108-145 pounds is a normal weight for a woman who is 5'4". Anything below that is considered underweight, and above that is overweight. That site is really helpful in calculating your BMI (body mass index), which tells you whether or not you're a healthy weight

you won't be considered anorexic unless you don't eat or you eat very very little. But you should probably weigh 115 at the least and 130 at the most. You doctor can give you more accurate estimations. You shouldn't weigh so little where you can see your bones in like your ribs and your arms and legs because to be honest that is very unattractive when you can see someone's bones but as long as you can't see your bones you should be ok and people shouldn't assume you're anorexic

Anorexia is a mental illness and is not determined by what you weigh. There are people starving in Africa that weigh less than 60lb and they are NOT Anorexic, they are malnourished!

A normal, healthy weight for 5ft4 would be between 110lb and 145lb. Below 110lb is underweight. HTH : )

When I was in high school, 115lbs to 125lbs was "normal" weight for someone who was 5'4". 115lbs is not anorexic, to the person who said that. *rolls eyes* Anorexia is a disease, not a weight.

Anorexia is an eating disorder. There isn't really a specific weight for it. If you purposely don't eat when hungry and think negatively about your body, you might have a eating disorder and should get that checked out.

I would think 135 would be the highest and 115 would be the lowest.

go to a website with a BMI calculator and play around with it. I'm suppose to be 170lbs but think its more healthy to be at 185lbs my BMI doesn't change too much.
