The indians on the northwest coast had plenty of resources. They lived near the ocean which was teaming with fish and other wildlife. Also the trees in the area were abundant so they had those to use. There was a lot of wildlife so they could hunt. The northwest has a fairly temperat climate most of the year so living there was not bad. There was also plenty of plant life.
