At your age, a lot of people gain weight because of hormonal changes, the stress of growing up, junk food, etc. But don't be down on yourself, you have to realize that you are beautiful already before you can make any changes that will last and make you happy. There's a book I really love called the Truth About Beauty by Kat James. It helps with not just eating habits and weight loss but just treating yourself well overall. I recommend it to so many people they're going to think I'm selling it :-) But seriously, you deserve to be happy and healthy and feel good about yourself, so approach this a healthy way. The quick fixes don't work anyway, take it from someone who knows.

Avoid the rice diet.

Avoid any diet that focuses on one food or just a few.

Part of the equation is exercise. Walking is a great exercise. If you have access to a treadmill with an incline, you can use the incline to make your workout harder without pounding your joints with running. But dont worry about that until you are fit enough to walk a very brisk pace for at least 45 minutes.

You need to understand that the body stores energy (blood sugar) as fat when your blood sugar goes too high. So, you need to learn to eat like a diabetic.. that is, dont let your blood sugar go too high. If it does, you not only store fat, but your pancreas secretes insulin which drops your sugar drastically and makes you hungry again sooner. Avoid foods that make your blood sugar zoom up, like white potatoes, white rice, candy, fruit JUICE (fruit is ok), and white bread. There is much more to learn and know. Go the the library and read all you can about diet, nutrition, blood sugar, and weight management.

I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice.

You are young and you need to look inside of yourself and love yourself before you can be pleased with who you are dont try to make yourself like all the skinny little ppl out there in todays society. As for loosing weight eat more healthy and smaller portions and at lease 6 meals a day. Just remember small portions. Start walking everyday and work in an exercise routine. Put your mind to it and you can do it..I have faith in you.

At the first be honest to yourself. Ask you self what really need to be done. I think everyone knows the simple truth that is eating less and doing exercise. We all have some kind of the way to excuse ourselves. We have to keep our mind clear and firm, always telling ourselves what is wrong and what is right.
When we stay at the coach with full tummy, ask “am I right”. When we eat fatting food, ask “what am I doing?” when we say “I’m going to start exercise and eat health tomorrow, ask ourselves “if I don’t do it today, will I do it tomorrow?”
By happy, love yourself.
Eat full breakfast, health lunch and less dinner. One of my friends starves herself for whole day and has big dinner every night, it just makes things worse.
Good luck. Cheer up. It’ll take time, but if you really follow the right you, you will succeed.

Top weight loss tips

Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.

* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.

* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.

* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.

* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.

* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.

* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.

* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.

* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!

* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

why do you feel your weight makes you ugly? there are many people larger than you are and do you feel that way about them? Learn to love yourself and you will be happier and lose it if it is meant to be. you need to see people as who they are inside and be kind to yourself.
I am 220 pounds and there is no one who thinks I am ugly or a bad person. my family are all built like me and it is something I live with since I love my family and myself. yea, we could all look like barbie dolls and then the men who walk by look, but is that all in life? no. there are peole who love you and men who think you are sexy and beautiful and you waste time and beautiful life, being sad. be happy and appreciate the good things in life and not sweat the things in life that are not perfect...nature is perfect and it has imperfections...human are also imperfectly beautiful.
look in the merror and tell yourself every day "I love you just the way you are!" and soon it will grow inside of you. when you feel it, you will look it on the outside too. get your glow back.
