My sister took it and she had to remember to eat and when she did eat it was not that much. It all depends on how your body reacts to it, the results would be different for everyone, as with any type of herb or medication you put in your body. It may take some time and money finding the right one that works for you.

I have been hoodia over the last few months. There are a few things that you should know about hoodia.

1. When you are reading the label make sure that it is 100% hoodia. If it's mixed with anything else, the % of hoodia is low and you will not see results.
2. There is hoodia gordonii and other varities of hoodia. The hoodia gordonii variety is best-so only use that type.
3. Make sure that your hoodia product shows a hoodia certificate. This proves that it is real hoodia and not a knockoff (there are so many fake hoodia's out there, you must be careful)
4. The liquid form of hoodia works quicker and is more effective than pills or patches.
5. Hoodia will also stop you from being thirsty, so remember to drink lots of water otherwise you will forget.

I take my hoodia by putting a dropper full under my tongue, then swallowing with a glass of water. Within a few minutes I don't feel as hungry, after a half hour of so, I'm not hungry at all. I usualy take it 3 times a day or if I am going to a party I take some right before and I don't get tempted.

Before hoodia I tried almost every diet pill (non script), diet patch, diet. You name it I tried it. I also tried many different brands of hoodia until I found my favorite.
I don't know if hoodia would work for you but it has worked for me and 3 of my friends.

I'm with them, I didn't find it did anything for me. I find that eating a low sodium, whole foods diet is the only thing that's worked for me. Eating sensibly is the ticket. I've lost 38 pounds so I must be talking some sense here :)

If your interested in learning more about the diet I am on click on the link I'm leaving ya. Take care you !!
