You know what, there is plenty of reason to doubt the belief that God is against homosexuality. The Bible has been re-interpruted over and over again and meanings confused. I've studied philosophy of ethics and there are a lot of very reasonable alternative interprutations for some of the verses in the Bible that suggest God is anti-gay.
If you have faith in God, and at the same time you are certain of your sexuality, make peace with that. You don't have to believe he is against it. You can chose not to, even if you don't fully understand, because you are a good Christian and happen to be gay, and that's all you need to know.
If this is something you struggle with you should try and find a support group where you can meet other gay/lesbian people, some of whom may be struggling to come to terms with this too. (just make sure it's not one of those church groups who try and "convert" people- that's sick, not to mention impossible)
Do some research, dig deeper into the different interprutations of the Bible and you'll realise that you can't always take it at face value. Remember, the book was written by human beings, not God himself.
Above all, just please have faith that if you are a good decent human being, you have no reason to believe you should be condemned. I understand that your faith may be important to you, and something you value in your life, but you need to look beyond the restrictions of the Christian church and make it work for you.

God did not make you gay. It is easy in life to get muddled up with our sexuality as its such a power thing, that can bring up some pretty powerful emotions in our life. I will say it again God did not make you gay !! Ask your self, why do I think I am gay ?
Do you find yourself attracted to ppl of the same sex, not that too many guys will admitt this but, when you start to go through pubity and you body changes (by the way I dont know how old u r, but regardless of age its still relivant) it is quite common to feel attraction to the same sex (I know I did, and I am not gay). This does not mean you are gay, you are just comming to terms with you emerging sexuality, which can create a great deal of confusion.
This problem is compounded by society at the moment, who says its ok to be gay and that ppl are born gay, so dont fight it. Its about ppl with their own sexual issues preying apon those who are confussed. So dont feel bad, but remember u have to make a stand and realise that God has not made u gay, so any thought, or desire/impluse to act that out does not come from God and is not his plan for your life.

You are saying it as if it is punishment and if it is, gotto church brother seek the Lord in a very individual and personal way, depending on no one but but God and be cleansed.
P.s. God did not make you gay, we all have strange urges.
It is up to us to say yea or nay to the urge,
Your family are there to help you, thank God they are not all gay son and go in peace and love, represent and show with Gods grace you can beat this thing.

It is impossible to find anywhere that God makes people gay, this is a sinful nature that comes about from trauma in ones life, somewhere along the path, something has opened the doorway that allows this type of mentallity to take root, it is not really being gay, there is a root to this, and it can be overcome and you can be normal. God loves you so very much, these things can make us stronger as you come through, you must have the desire to want to turn away from it and that means abstinence from all forms of this, just hand it to God and let Him help, He speciallizes in the areas of most resistance. Bless you and push through....

God created men and women to be together and make family. He didnt create men w/ men or women w/ women.......... .
My point is that God loves u and he didnt make u gay, u are gay because u want to. Dont blame God for your mistakes! Repent!! before its too late! Remember that he will forgive all your sins, and you try not to do them again. God loves u a lot, he is always with you, it is u who has let his hand go. If u dont want to be gay no more ask God to clean u, and tell satan to leave u alone, but it has to come from your heart! Go to church!! Pray! Give your whole heart to him!! Give your life to him!Trust him.......

God loves you no matter what.
Being gay is a personal choice of preferance, just as I prefer to be with someone of the opposite sex.
God did not make you gay, just as God did not make me like Dr. Pepper over Pepsi, I just do.
Anyone who says that God does not love you, no matter what you choose, does not know God very well.

Are you trying to say that the sins of the father etc. etc. becuase it is simply not true. You are what you are and no one can change the way your are.
You have to accept that fact and make the best of your life. If you do not harm anyone then what does it matter if you are gay or straight. Do not beat yourself up about it.
Some of the best people I know are gay and extremely funny to be with. However, what I don't like about some gay people is how crude they can be.
Good life and happy days and practice safe sex.

Don't listen to some of these bigots here. I believe in reincarnation. I have a personal theory that in most of your previous lives you were the opposite gender to what you are now.
Each lifetime is a learning process, and following your true feelings, even in the most difficult circumstances is a sure fire way to enlightmenment. God does love you. He's just testing your inner strength you to see if you are ready for imortality.

He thought there was something in that area that you needed to deal with in this lifetime. And that the members of your family needed to observe and deal with it too. Nothing really hard or bad about it. It is just another way to live life. It's not the easiest, nor the hardest and not the best or the worst. It just is.

I believe that God loves you. He loves all of us. We each have our challenges in life. Ultimately these challenges make us stronger, if we don't give up trying to do what is right, and if we continue to pray, have faith and trust in God, and don't give up hope. Go to church with your family.
