I have no idea, but I will never forget it. I was in Old San Juan one evening when I met a stranger at an art opening. He was the most interesting, provocative man I had ever met. We immediately had a chemistry between us and when he suggested we leave I was only too glad to say yes. He took me to a little bar on a side street and we sat out under the stars drinking what I think are called mohitos. I know it sounds daft but I don't speak Spanish and I was far too interested in what was happening between us to care about how they made the drinks. I spent that night in a 17th century bedroom on an estate looking out over the Caribbean. I had an indescribable moment of passion and playfulness, something I will always remember, especially when I drink the drink I can't name.

Any single malt whiskey over ice is nice. Water it down a bit if you can't handle it strait, however single malts are always smooth.
