Southwest has served me well! Of the four-million times that I've flown and the hundred different airlines that I've tried, Southwest has been the best so far.
P.S. I flew three trips with Delta. They lost my luggage three times.

I find it very interesting that people want rock bottom prices and good service to boot.
Ever stop to think where the money comes from to provide both. An aircraft has operational, fuel and maintenance costs. You still incur the operational costs. You need to buy the fuel. Guess what that leaves?

Continental! They have very comfortable seats with ajustable head rests, friendly service and usually a movie if the flight is long at all.
