I have done a bet with my brother and he has to dye his hair any color that he wants.

great picture...I think you have a lot of potions...you can mix the punky color with hair conditioner to make it more pastel if you want or to make a cool gray or denim blue. i think, if you are confident, you should bleach it all up to a pale yellow before you color it so it will be vibrant. And maybe blend colors down the hair shaft...maybe from orange to cotton candy pink on the tips. Or denim grayish on the sides and bright blue on the top and back and cut it inot a faux-hawk! :)

If he is going to go funky, go blue! If he is going to fo more natural then go for the black or brown. He shouldn't wear blonde hair!
