May I know what is the next process after a travel authorisation number is provided?

What usually happens is you then visit the booking/reservation system that you are supposed to use (suggested by your orgnization), book your travel (hotel, flight, car, etc.) and then when you need to pay, just provide the travel authorization number and you should be set. Usually this means that the travel has already been approved.
