Hi c'est moi. It is not easy to get started doing yoga on a daily basis. Most people find they begin and then let it slide as the pressures for their time seem to grow. Yoga becomes the one thing they can skip. But if you want the full benefits of yoga (flexibility, good health, serenity, etc) then you need to keep to a regular schedule. If daily seems hard, then at least four times a week to begin. Find the one time in the day when you know you can always have 20 to 30 minutes (early morning, before bed, noon, etc). Make a commitment to use that time as often as you can. If you keep it up, soon the wonders of yoga will make sure you never want to stop. Find a yoga group too. That's very helpful and important because it is more fun to do together!

The best way to do is to get up an hour earlier than usual and do it then. That way you have no excuses of being too tired or having no time after work/school.
Is it worthy? you bet!!
