In Judaism, it is taught that the word Amen is an acronym for a phrase meaning "God, King [who is] Trustworthy."
Jews usually pronounce the word as it is pronounced in Hebrew: "ah-MAIN."
The uses of amen ("verily") in the Gospels form a peculiar class; they are initial, but often lack any backward reference. Jesus used the word to affirm his own utterances, not those of another person, and this usage was adopted by the church
In American English, the word "amen" has two pronunciations, ah-men or ay-men.
The ah-men pronunciation is the one that is used in performances of classical music and in churches with more formalized rituals and liturgy.
The ay-men pronunciation is associated with evangelical Christianity, and the pronunciation that is typically sung in gospel music.

Here's a cool fact Amen means(so be it) -
a solemn word which a person confirms a covenant a statement, an oath. It is also used in worship to affirm an address, psalm or prayer. As to the pronunciation either way is fine as long as you are using it in a loving and respectful manner. God always loves talk with his children.
God bless.

Ay-men.
Cool Fact: Hydrogen does not exist natually on earth on its own. It is always joined to another element (such as oxygen to make H20). Yet it s the most abundant element on earth.
