I have the phone and everything, but the call cab option isnt even on there anymore. How do I get it back?

My sims are in a perfect mood, nobody is having a baby, there are businesses open. I have the complete collection, so ive also got the magic town, studio town and downtown to go to. it just wont let me go

make sure you have places to go in your cab .. if not then your cab option is unavailable. If you do have places to go, it might be the people that are unable to leave the house, the usually dont let sims out if they are pregnant, tierd, or a child.

Make sure there are businesses open in your neighborhood. If there aren't any, you can't go anywhere as there is no place to go.
