i get totally creeped out! even if the resemblance is really slight, what is this?

I don't know, do you have a good relationship with your brother and father? If not, then it probably explains why.

You don't mention anything about your dad or brother so it is difficult to give advice. If you find it weird purely because people look like them then its probably just a coincidence. The chances of these people being a long lost relative are very very slim.
