Only young pigs appear pink - its just their skin color. The younger the pig, the more pink it will look. Normally an adult white pig will be born with pink skin pigmentation and the skin will remain pink throughout its life, but its hair will be white. All you'll see is a white pig.
A brown or black pig will be born with pink skin, but will within days its skin will become darker and its darker hair will start coming in. What you have now is a brown or black pig with dark skin.

there are colors other than pink. You need to visit a pig farm or start reading some books.
