I usually eat a lot anyway, junk food, fatty foods etc, but this simply doesn't work.

join a gym. use the weight machines, and not that much cardio.(about 10 to 15 minutes).

your metabolism with get slower as you age. I wouldn't try to change it now, you'll end up with a weight problem.

take vitamins, because they increase your appetite. i had a appetite, but it was sporadic. i could eat 5 times one day and then 1 time the next day.

my cousin used to drink ensure and it helped him put on weight.(he has sickle cell), but it costs a fortune! it will put you in the poor house.

you could try drinking a gallon of whole milk each day plus your normal foods. but, it took me until my 30's before I gained much weight no matter what I seemed to eat.

junk food is a nono. eat protein that will help you gain weight. eat healthy. try a protein shake.

Watch the oils and fats, you can still get high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
