I don't like crowds and I'm not into drinking or smoking. I am single and I want to meet intelligent, sensitive and caring ladies but I don't know where to start

Why not join some clubs that involve something you would like to become involved in. Enroll in a further education course. Take up some sort of sporting activity. They also say taking a dog for a walk is a good way of meeting people as others take interest in the dog and this can be a conversation opener. Supermarket shopping is also said to be a good place to catch someone's eye. I met my other "nice" half at Church.
You may well meet someone when you are least looking.

Oh my god I say the same thing, why dont men look for intelligent caring women like my self, and I dont know where to find a good man. Im never ever go to clubs, you know not that sort of girl , I dont smoke, and im very happy good living girl, neither do I wear make up and im very nice , myself good looking , I would personally given the chance make a man happy believe me , if only I could find or he find me

Courses, voluntary work, charity/political groups, reading group at the library. However intelligent,sensitive, caring ladies can be into drinking, but I see where you're coming from.
