Tell him you are not mature enough to be dating. If you cant say no to a date then how will you say no if he asks to put his hand in your panties?

Hurt his feelings. There is no way you can say no to a guy and not hurt his feelings. That's life and life hurts. The best thing you can do is to just say 'I don't want to go out with you'.

I guess you could give him a mercy date. But after the date tell him your not really into him and you would like just to be friends. Or just be honest and tell him your not really into him.
