Way back when. It was thought that a girl who shaved her entire leg was loose. People believed that no woman would go out to have sex if only half their legs were shaved. It didn't work then and doesn't work now. Parents keep trying. I never had this problem as I have never had hair on my legs.

I never heard of anything like this. maybe her mom thinks it will keep her from wearing short skirts and shorts. I don't really know. I never shaved from the knees up, but didn't have to. I wasn't hairy from the knees up. But, no one told me I couldn't. Why doesn't she ask her mom why?

It's becaus you're thigh is generally made up of calcaneos or dead skin ( I know, gross) but yeah and if you shave you thighs which is above your knees you get a serious case of razor burn becuase of the texture. I don't get hair on my thighs but if she dos she should wax it.

Na, i have hairy legs and butt nd evrything else. They do this because in the future it only causes thicker hair to grow out.

i don't know, my mom told me that too when I started shaving, but it looks f'n retarded, so i did it anyways. maybe her mom is old fashioned? I dunno, but i did it and my mom didn't care too much. If i was her i would shave them...what is her mom going to do? take away her razor? you can always buy razors and shave elsewhere, that's childish.
