I wake up in the middle of the night with severe itching around my neck or shoulders. No sign of rash or allergy. It feels like tingly, needles. And scratching doesn't sooth it. Remember...no signs of any bumps, or rash or skin irritation. My father has Multiple Schlorosis, could this be a symptom? Benedryle, or anti-itch creams don't work. I can't get any sleep from this.

maybe you're allergic to the detergent that you use to wash your sheets.
you might want to use a hypo-allergenic detergent.
