She plays sick a lot and since she has health problems, it is hard to tell when she is sick. It is hard for me to be really hard on her since her Dad is very strict and she won't even go visit him. I have already discussed this with her teacher.

if I were you I would go to the doctor and ask about her health, them I would go to her school and talk with her teacher and any one else that deals with her to see what is going on.I know that kids can be mean to other kids and that plays alot on them to want to stay home. One time I had a problem with someone at school, they would want my lunch money if not they would hurt me in the girls bathroom.one day I came home and my father saw me,he wasn`t pleased! the next day he took hold of the teacher and he had a talk with him and after that every one .was cool.

She has no choice, she has to go. None of my kids ever skipped unless it was senior skip day and I knew. If she has health problems, then allow her so many days. If she uses them up, then to bad. She needs to get her butt to school. You could have her talk to the school counselor or take her to a private one, but she has issue and they need to be dealt with.

i would send her whether she was sick or not and let the nurse send her home if she is really sick. Thats what i do to my kids and the majority of the time they stay at school.

I am sorry, but there is no possible way. It's in our nature to hate school. The only thing you can do is let him/her take the courses he/she wants to, so he/she will have some motivation.
