You should talk to your doctor about how much the exact weight should be because it all depends on your growth rate and personal body things, so your doctor can tell you the perfect weight balance for you. Don't let us on the Internet persuade you to go on a massive diet if you don't need to .

Let's say you're 115, and someone tells you that you should be 105, don't let that condemn you, because they could be just making things up to get points. Or if you're 103 and someone says you should be 115, don't let that tell you you have to eat more to get fatter because that might not be right either!

It's important that you stay healthy and exercise regularly to maintain a healthy body weight. Some people are naturally obese and that's OK because that's how they're made. I happen to be 15 years old, 5.5" and I weigh 104. But that's OK! I know people my age and height that are 115, 125 and 110 it depends. There's not a certain body weight limit everyone has to answer to. If you are wondering what weight you should have, ask a dietitian or doctor. They would know the best thing for you. Just exercise and make healthy choices and enjoy your life because it isn't long!

Hope that helps!

See post below to find link to gov. BMI to check all that. An adult would have BMI of 19 at 100 lbs. 19 to 24 is normal but for ballet dancer, you want to be no more than 19 so you were right before. TRUST YOURSELF.

110lb is absolutely fine for your age and height. Your BMI is 20.8, which is pretty much ideal. I'd stay as you are, because you are growing and by trying to lose weight when you don't need to, you may stunt your growth or affect your development. Just keep a healthy lifestyle, thats all, you don't need to lose weight. HTH.
