I'm going to start my own charity organization to find a solution to the poor, uneducated, irresponsible masses having baby after baby. The improper raising of children is the source of so many evils, so many tradgedies, and so many of society's problems. Any ideas on how we can do this? I think spaying and neutering them like common housepets might be too extreme though... :-)

The only way to prevent minors from having babies would be to introduce universal contraception from age 9 (yea, that young) untill age 18. By universal I mean your kids, my kids, next door neighbours kid and those of the presidents as well because while no 'good' kid makes a baby ever kid is 'good', just ask their parents.

I understand how you feel BUT what needs to happen people really need to educate themselves and take parenting classes, Yes even I am taking parenting classes in how to handle my autistic son goes through the roof. I've been asked why by several relatives, im like DUH, cause he's my child and I have to know how to handle him when he goes through transitional meltdown instead of dragging him alone!
You will always have people who don't have a lick of common sense but REMEMBER there are parents who do and do take the time.

That's so not fair to them. What if people said there were too many blondes on this earth and they're ruining the society, so blondes can't have babies? It's depriving mentally retarted people of a privelage they definetly should have. So, I don't agree.
