cook the Turkey in two or three cups of water
cook the macaroni. Add any spices that you like to the meat and water. When your macaroni is cooked drain well and dump the meat and water (now natural gravy) into the macaroni and stir. The juices and water from the ground turkey will make a natural gravy.

Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup mixed in. If you have any leftover veggies throw them in.

If you have bisquick, look on the back of the box, make some drop biscuits. Throw on top of your mixture for 10 minutes, then cover and cook them for 10 more minutes. I make this with chicken, if very popular in my house.
