I can explain in some way that this person has nothing else to show then zealousness, but in "Good Package Deal" case ... I mean he literally has every material thing or toy that you`d want, but his "Cocky" behaivior just turns me off !!!

it is more of a MACHO item than anything else. Some guys act too tough sometimes trying to do the same as impressing a girl,then they turn into a 6# cat jumping at an 80# dog when the mouth and mind don't line up

The unfortunate thing is that it works on some girls. I hate it too, but I've seen it work. Not all guys are like that though, so perhaps you are attracting the wrong type. I don't think there is a way to change a guy's behaviour if he is trying to impress you. So that means you might have to go up to quieter guys whom generally aren't so cocky.

Some guys never get over the high school jockey alpha male thing. There are books on the topic of how guys can improve their success rate with girls and it requires you to be cocky.
That is the difference between girls and women. Women know that in order to have a good relationship, you need someone with a little depth.

it is what we are taught to do, guys are trained to think they need to be cool, sucessful, cocky, or wealthy because it is what we think women want. i mean ho many women do you see on tv (or in real life) with a complete dork driving a yugo. a self sustaining stereotype, and every man buys in to it. thats why every man wants to be rich or good looking so they can have a hot a** girlfriend.

That's just how they are. But you can't only say that about guys, cause girls could act the same exact way at times.

i think it is only this guy problem - because he has everything, he tends to act cocky.
