You either take her out, or stand there in shock that she said yes! Ask her what she would like to do and tell her you will call her with the time and to get directions.

Give her a great big smile, to indicate that you percieve yourself as the luckiest guy in the world. Then ask if there is something she'd particularly like to do, or should you just surprise her. IMMEDIATELY after she tells you, book the restaurant, theatre , or what ever you are going to make the ostensible entertainment for the evening.

what do you mean on a date? if this the case,buy her a flower and give it to her mother.them give one to your date. that will really go over well.
now if you are talking about steady! that is another thing,don`t rush any thing take it slow.don`t be a jerk about anything. held hands alot hug a few times,kiss once or twice(no more them that) at first.just hang out have a few good laughs.get the picture.

schedule a place and time to go out to. don't be indecisive either, girls hate that. tell her a place and an appropriate time, somewhere fairly quiet, or whatever she might like in your opinion, and tell her you'll pick her up. then when you get there, be yourself, relax and have fun. remember, the hard part is over. she said yes which means she likes you, its up to you to make sure you don't screw it up. don't try too hard. good luck!

well you're the one that asks her out, you're supposed to figure it out, before you ask her out, where you wanna take her? How are you gunna say it? You gotta think before you do something, like the night before you ask her,you gotta be smart.
