My boyfriend's brother is getting married next month and I would like to get a new dress... the wedding is at 4pm and outside and in San Diego. I found this one at Nordstrom.com and think that it might work, but do not know which color to get. I like all of them except the black/white. Does this work and if yes, what color?

Thanks!

Yes, it works!

I like Emerald, Cappucino and Black.

But although black is a classic, it's not that original and you would stand out a lot more in emerald green.

Just a thought!

I think the green or brown would be best in autumn-- the salmon and blue are too spring/summer to me.

Please do not wear a black, or white, dress to a wedding.

Hi Chrissy-
Good choice! I have this dress in salmon and will wear it in the spring, but I would buy the cappuccino one for a fall wedding. Get some adorable (faux) crocodile sandals to wear with it! Have fun!

You have great taste in dresses. You should choose a dress that goes with your skin tone and hair and eye color ( just a suggestion), but I'm sure if your taste in dresses is this good, you'll look fabulous in any color you choose. Have fun!
ps. Thanks, I needed a dress for my fiance's niece's wedding. Do you mind if I borrow your idea? Don't worry, we don't live in the same state, so... :)

I think the black would be nice, you can never go wrong with the little black cocktail dress...

Get a nice pair of black strappy heels

Either no jewlery of simple drop diamond earrings and necklace on a thin gold chain...

You will look fabulous while still letting the bride shine on her big day

properly its no longer that its innapropriate yet i do no longer think of it rather is going with weddings esp one contained in the afternoon. i think of it could be perfect to placed on a delicate floral creme colored day gown. Cocktail dresses ought to look to party or evening for a marriage

I like the cappucino or light blue. Guests are not supposed to wear black to a wedding.... I think.

Chrissy, it's a very cute dress, I think for October you should wear the brown one (i think it was called Cappucino), or black. The brown is my favorite though, and brown looks good on most everyone! good luck

I like the blue, green or brown depending on your ocmplection. All of them would work for the wedding. Pick the one you like the best.
