You can't, there is a tremendous fee to upgrade. And if you want to upgrade, I reccomend buying XP instead of 2000, I think it usually costs $70 for the upgrade package. Hope that helps!

Theres no such thing like upgrading Win98 to Win2000 for free. Only if illegal
