There is no such thing, any langauge is a tool for communication, a means of expression that suits the people who speaks it in its enviroment and daily living experience. There is not a language worst than othr or better than other. While some are good at expressing somethings or emotions, other languages can lack in the same or othr areas. it's all about the experience of being human and the way we communicate. A language is best for the cultural and idiosincratic context in which it's used.

If you are planning on learning a new language, I would suggest learning Spanish. The amount of Spanish being used in the US is growing daily. I wish that I had taken Spanish in high school, not French.

English, because once you can speak the language you can travel anywhere in the world and communicate with most people.

It is not my first language and I am so glad since I speak English the freedom it gave me of beeing able to communicate with more people.

Spanish is best. Conjugation follows simple patterns in all tenses, with the few exceptions sort of following patterns too. The best thing about it is that it's very phonetic, so if you learn the alphabet then you're perfectly capable of pronouncing things correcly. Accents aren't used to change the pronunciation of words, only to show where stress is (if it's not on the second to last syllable).

The only advantage of English is that it's genderless.

German is probably the most logical and well structured but English is now the universal language. It is a shame that it is subjected to perpetual bastardisation by the Americans.

.......I would say for ease of learning maybe Spanish. English is a good language because it's so widely spoken. But it is veeeeery difficult to learn fluently. As for which language is the best, for what purposes??? Business? then I would say German.

The language of love. It's amazing how many barriers can be broken down if there was more of it around.

Do be proud of your mother tongue, as I am, but also be open to others as the richness in each language is intrinsicly invaluable.
