Ok, you need more vegi and fruits...and try to eat less on every meal, if you eat too much till fill you up, that will up you right to sleep. Also try to use cold water to wash your face once awhile, that normally work on me.
I just wonder what type of "tea" that you had try?? Cos, if you try the Chinese type and make alittle darker that should work for some people.

There isn't anything really unhealthy about coffee if you're talking about caffeinated coffee which you obviously are, except that the caffeine in the coffee makes you piss out a lot of the water in your body, same as alcohol does. It can dehydrate you. Otherwise, it's great for the bowels and it's chocked full of antioxidants. Even 100 times more antioxidants than Green Tea. A lot of people don't believe it, but it's a fact. If stimulants really don't bother you, I would start investing a little money in supplements like Ripped Fuel, if you've already tried No-Doz, which are just pure caffeine tablets. Ripped Fuel has caffeine in it, but it also has other stuff in it as well. It's mainly made for working out to you awake and give you more energy than usual. Some people refer to Ripped Fuel as a Thermogenic, which is basically a weight loss supplement, but unfortunately that's one thing all Thermogenics have in common: they all chocked full of stimulants to keep your metabolism rate high as hell and keep you energized and awake. Not something to be taking before bed. If you don't live in the United States, you might be able to get your hands on some Ma Huang, an herb that's main active constituent is Ephedrine. This drug is illegal now in the USA. Ephedrine used to be in Ripped Fuel, but then they had to take it out when they made the drug illegal. But, some people still swear by Ripped Fuel. Good luck.

I suggest Ginseng Tea. Add hot water to powdered or slliced Ginseng.
Ginseng is gives you energy, helps build up you body resistance and is good for overall health.
The best is Chinese (or Korean) Ginseng. Else you can get American Ginseng.
It is also available in red or white, which depends on the production process.
Certainly much healthier than coffee. Only that you might not like the unique taste. But you can get lots of info in internet if you need more info.

There was a report from an expedition to the Amazon forests, that one member was spared by insects. It was finally traced to this person using Wright's coal tar soap for bath. Do not know about the availability of this in Canada, or if it is still being marketed. Nothing was mentioned about its repelling larger organisms that may have to be attracted.

Sounds like you are resistant to caffeine, so I doubt the energy drinks will help you either...(it isn't decaf is it?) If you put a lot of sugar in your coffee you may be counteracting the caffeine a bit also.
You might try ephedrine supplements.
