The northernmost point of the world is the geographic North Pole, in the Arctic Ocean.

It used to be called the North Pole, but the location of the pole wanders around some and it is not where it used to be. For many years the northernmost point was called the "top of the world."
It might also be called "90 Degrees North Latitude", regardless of the Longitude.
The northernmost point on land is Cape Morris Jessup in Greenland. Several other points pop up from time to time as partially submerged (then exposed) mini - islands. None of those have been sighted long enough and repeatedly enough to be called permanent land masses, however.
