I got in an argument with some felow students about this subject. I have herd you can not die from not sleeping but youc an die from exaustion.

No one has ever been kept awake long enough to verify this I dont think. Peole have indeed stayed up to the point of passing out from exaustion, but at that point they either weren't or couldn't be woken up I dont think.

Yes. The body builds up some odd neurotoxins. One can severely damage one's nervous system.

eventually you will pass out from exaustion and sleep till your body no longer needs sleep and you will wake up
