I regret my little rose with my boyfriend's name on it on my belly!!! I got it when I was 38 and our relationship only lasted a few years. He died last year and I still read his name on my belly. BE GLAD YOU DIDN'T!!!!

I am 44 and do not regret having any of my tattoos. I currently have 7-you would not know I did unless I wear sleeveless or very low cut shirts, or am in my bikini and I have 6 more I have drawn that I am planning on having done. My first was 26 yrs ago and my last was a few months ago. I do not regret any of them and none look old at all. I only use well reputable person who has alot of experience and has been in the business for a long time. Every one of mine means something special to me and each place I have one was meant for that piece done. I have no regrets and believe I would have regretted not getting my 1st one which I said would be my last and I liked it so much I have not quit. Hope this helps and good luck!

I got a tattoo when I was 18 and I'm now 27. Yes, I wish I did not have it. I do regret getting it. No matter how tasteful the tattoo is, there's something that's just a little trashy looking about them. That's my opinion. I was smart enough to get it on my lower back so I don't ever have to see it if I don't want to. I can even cover it with my bathing suite. It pokes out between the top of my pants and my shirt however, if I bend over. I'm Always aware of it, everytime I bend over. I hate that. I would definately recommend to anyone thinking of one to wait a long time and think about it. Don't do it on a whim.

I'm still very happy about mine, 30 years later. There are good tattoo artists and bad, some designs last, some don't, some designs work and some don't. Frivolous tattoos look awful, a tattoo is a serious thing, it is with you for life, and should be a thing of great respect from beginning to end. I'd just hate to look like those guys on the Rockstar show, they look like overused blotting paper pads.

At age 35, I regret never having had any done.
It's not too late though. I want a leprechaun playing a stratocaster in a classic-rock pose, doing a Pete Townsend style windmill strum.

I have two tattoos. I don't regret either of them. One's on my back it has a lot of shading, it's the head of a wolf (it's really nice btw). The other is just a simple silhouette of a bird, on the under side of my forearm. I've had them for five, and four years.

I have four tatoos and love them all. They hold special meaning for me from a spiritual standpoint. I do not regret getting any of them.

I regret getting mine, it's Taz bending an anchor, I got it the night I graduated Navy boot camp over thirteen years ago. Somethings that you think you will always like, you don't.
