NO... It is a combat arms field same as infantry. If a female thought it through she would not want to be in a combat arms field. It is no fun straddling a trench to use the bathroom. It sucks for a guy too but at least if is really cold I can write my name in the snow. :) Find me a woman that can do that.
You say you are going to finish your nursing degree then enlist in Marines. You better check that out more. Unless things have changed you cannot enter Marines as an officer with that degree because the Marines do not have any non-combatant jobs eg.. Doctors, Nurses, or Chaplains. So unless you have a double major they could not use your college skills therefore would not accept you as an Officer Candidate.

nope.Im finishing my nursing degree in order to go into the AF as an officer. I will continue to work as a nurse though. You cannot be a female in Artillery whether you are an officer or not. It is an MOS that females are not allowed.
