You want to eat healthy cereals for breakfast (not fruitloops) - or perhaps toast, peanut butter. Jam and a bagel. For lunch (if you go to work) you make your own sandwich - or prepare a light meal, like spaghetti and sauce which you can microwave. For supper, a good meal of meat and vegetables. And in between, for snacks, a fruit (an orange, a banana, some raisins..) As for exercise, you might start with a short walk here and there. It is a beginning.
