one day I was sitting on the porch watering the grass and my wife pulled up in the driveway and got out of the car and came up to me and was like what was this pen doing in my car? And I was like I don't know. she was mad like she found a phone number or something and was mad as hell foreal and did'nt talk to me the rest of the day. then later on that night she packed all of stuff and left me. and while she was leaving I tried to ask her why and she could not give me a reason. so I let her leave but she came back 30 minutes later. what's up with that? somebody please let me know

You have some serious communication issues here. I have a sneaking suspicion this isn't the first time she's gone off the deep end. She refuses to talk to you and she's incredibly jealous about a pen? (A pen could come from anywhere! I accidentally swipe them from stores on occasion so it's not impossible). You were right to let her walk out without making too big of a fuss.
That she came back is another story. I think she was trying to get a confession from you and since you didn't give one, she had no leg to stand on in the argument. As far as you're concerned, there was no argument. She launched into a tirade, stopped talking, stormed out and then came back. Did she talk to you after she came back? This is a form of abuse, believe it or not, if she is accusing you of something inane like this if you are truly not guilty. When will it graduate to something more violent?
It's time for some counseling, man. She needs some serious help. She has MAJOR trust issues going on here. If you have nothing to hide, it's time to clear the air about this, once and for all. If you don't, this will disintigrate into endless squabbles and walk outs. You can't live like that, can you?

She wants to be mad for actually no reason, just leave her does what she want and then she will calm down and u will discover a big problem after her which could let her wants to be mad.

The pen isn't the genuine situation. I recommend for the sake of having a healthful marriage visit couples counseling. Your spouse is bottling up another situation which at the instant she isn't able to particular. good success.

Your wife is a psychpath. Why would she get mad over an ink pen? I hate to see what would happen if she found a condom or something like that.

well it seems like she cant trust u, did u ever break her trust? if not then maybe u guys should talk it out and get some professional helo so this wont repeat she could be having an internal problem with herself and not knowing how to express herself so she acts out like this for attention...

she's probably cheatin' on you bro.....
trying to find some lame excuse to leave you like you were doing some other girl in her car and she dropped the pen...she probably went to the other guys house when she left you but he wouldnt let her stay that's why she came back...

that sounds weird I don't know maybe she doesn't keep pens in her car and thought you used it to get girls numbers or something, I really don't know it could be that she is just straight out weird
