try a date that's not officially a date like hey wanna come get Coffee with me or wanna go on a picnick. I think movies are bad but call me ... anyway, good luck, if you feel the connection in that setting just keep putting out a little more than she gives back. Arm around the shoulder and see what happens.

Tell her but just make sure that she doesn't have friends around because then she might act like she doesn't care. A guy told me he loved me out of nowhere and I was like wha.. So it didn't go anywhere but before you tell her you should act really nice and give subtle hints then tell her.

sure, she might be afraid to approach you and a good relationship might be passed by....my hubby asked me out when i was 12 and we are still together 33 yrs later... he had his friend tell me he liked me....
