I don't understand what you mean by speaking blessings or speaking curses but I know that when you believe in yourself it really can influence your life in a positive way, and the same goes when you have a low opinion of yourself. You will hardly achieve what you want.

A blessing that you trly believe in can influence your life. I do not know about curses as I stay away from that. If you believe the blessing you are sending for yourself or whoever will work, then it will manifest. It may take awhile, as in it won't be immediate, but it will happen.
