They are usually set to rider weight and preference. If you don't have the owner's manual, check the link & find your fork. There should be a guide as to pressure vs weight.

You mean cannondale? Actually, the pressure should depend on your weight and the fork. Consult the fork manufacturer and they should have a table wich suggests the recomended pressure for different rider weights.

I have mine set at 42psi when, its a good average for road and off road. If you wanna do it for specific off-road, set it at between 230 to 280 psi, or if you want set it at 12 kPa, but only if you life in a colder climate, if you live where its warmer, set it to 36kPa. Also consider changing out the rotor wash and checking the blinker fluid.
