I just broke up with my girlfiend... because i like her cousin, and if i kept going out with my gf then she would be hurt if she found out that i like her cousin, she's really mad at me, and our relationship sucked too so we werent getting anywhere anyway, but i feel bad for her and shes still mad at me so i dont know what to do.....

if i were u id just ask her cousin out. first of all its none of her bisness. second if you broke up with her there must have been a reason. she has 2 deal. i

f that doesnt work 4 u, send her a break-up gift. with a letter saying that you still want to be friends. if you do that then you will have to wait to ask out her cousin. if you dont want to geperdize the relationship.

Break ups are tough. If you were really doing it in everyones best interest than you did the right thing. However, if you did it for your own personal gain perhaps you could have talked it over and been honest with your ex. One thing I would suggest is not hooking up with her cousin (if you were planning to) anytime soon. Overall I think you did the right thing by calling it quits and that you should still try and be friends with her and make her better understand your decision. Most of all give her time.

I hope this helps.

Well it takes two to have and two to end a relationship. Perhaps she doesn't quite realize that there was already discontent in your relationship and it simply added to your need to break up with her. The fact that you like her cousin has nothing to do with the reasons you had for ending your relationship with her...Let her know what your reasons were. Once that door is completely closed, it's really not her business what window of opportunity opens up for you...even if that window is her cousin!

well if your relationship wasnt going anywhere then you did the right thing. you stopped it so it wasnt like you were leading her on. Did u tell her that you like her cousin? if so, at least you were honest.. of course shes going to be mad. but she'll get over it, and so will you .. dont be afraid to move on.

You did the right thing, just steer clear from your ex and her cousin and take this time to get to know yourself a little more..

Well if you guys' relationship sucked then she should be happy that you aren't together anymore. You can't make everybody in life happy so just try and make yourself as happy as possible. Don't feel bad.

hey i'd be upset too but she has to deal with it. its better now then before. and you should leave her. being freinds after a big relationship is awkward anyways.... not to sound mean or anything
