How long can a body be stored before it burried?

It depends on the condition of the body, how well it was embalmed (if it was) and the conditions it's being stored in. I know of some bodies that have been stored for months before the family had a funeral.

i've had a few in my bath tub for a few weeks now, they're doing fine with some ice
